• Design, develop, and execute complex marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and manage customer journeys and automations to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management.
• Build and optimize data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data flows, and platform performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email and landing page development.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
